  • Recommendations for Tourists: Travel with reusable bottles and avoid single-use plastics. Carry reusable bags for shopping and excursions. Opt for sustainable products and services, such as souvenirs made from recycled or natural materials.

2. Recycling

We promote effective recycling as part of our daily practices.

  • Actions for Officers: Separate and classify waste at home using appropriate containers for paper, plastic, glass, and aluminum. Participate in recycling programs available in their community or municipality.

At Costa Rica Reps, we are committed to promoting inclusive, accessible, responsible, and respectful tourism, ensuring that all people can enjoy the services and tourist experiences we offer, regardless of their age, physical condition, disability, gender, nationality, culture, or any other personal characteristic.

Our "Tourism for All" policy seeks to incorporate criteria of inclusion and accessibility in the planning, marketing, and operation of our tourism services, working with suppliers and partners who share these principles.

As an inbound tourism agency, Costa Rica Reps is committed to:

CR Reps – Efficient & Professional Complaint Handling

Objective: Guarantee an efficient, professional, and transparent handling of tourist complaints, providing quick and satisfactory solutions that contribute to the continuous improvement of the services offered by CR Reps. This procedure also seeks to strengthen client trust by demonstrating our commitment to excellence and responsibility.

1. Receipt of Complaints

All CR Reps staff are trained to receive complaints through different channels:

  • In person: Listen to the client with empathy and professionalism, immediately recording the complaint.
  • By phone: Answer the call courteously, noting relevant details.
  • By email or online channels: Respond promptly confirming receipt of the complaint and explaining the next steps in the process.
  • On social media: Redirect the client to the formal complaint channel for proper follow-up.

Concrete action: Each team member must act as an efficient first point of contact, ensuring that the complaint is transmitted to the corresponding area.

2. Registration of Complaints

Each complaint must be documented in a complaint form that includes:

  • Full name and contact of the tourist.
  • Date and time of the complaint.
  • Detailed description of the problem.
  • Related services or products.
  • Additional evidence if available (photos, receipts, emails, etc.).

3. Notification to Senior Management
